Hi, my name is Dan Hazelton. I would like to welcome you, offer some assistance in getting to know the community better and invite you to church.
I moved here four years ago. The "North Country", as it is called, is very different than where I have lived before. If you can get past the cold and snow, I find it a great place to live and raise a family. When I move to a new area; I want to know the best place to get my car fixed where I won't get ripped off, good places to eat, best priced gas station and other basic suff. I certainly do not have all the answers but I will try to guide you in the right direction. At the bottom of this page I have posted some mover information that I thought you might find helpful.
I am a pastor at Life Church. We have a location near you and also in Watertown. Life Church: North, near Ft, Drum meets at one of two different fire halls based on availability. One is in Evans Mills (3 miles north of Super Walmart) and the other is in Philadelphia (9 miles north of Super Walmart) both are very easy to locate. We are a basic Bible-teaching Christian church. We have an awesome worship band named The Letting Go. We dress casual, drink good coffee and eat donuts before, during or after the service. You don't have to look or act a certain way to be welcome. Each Sunday begins at 10:30 am and ends at 11:45. We care alot about children and invest in nursery age, Elementary, Middle School and High School students. Stop in and say, "hello".
